A strict special slimming diet is also advised along with few exercises. Udvarthana or Udwartanam is the popular Ayurvedic treatment that is done for weight loss treatments. According to Ayurveda classics, it is a type of Abhyanga massage done using upward strokes with soft and fragrant herbal powders (Churnas) and it’s usually done by applying slight pressure.
