On-boarding Process
- Wellness programs are goal oriented which include specific Ayurveda & Naturopathy treatments, mandatory consultations with doctors and a custom diet as prescribed by Ayurveda & Naturopathy principles.
- Pre-arrival Reservation Form is to be completed and submitted online for prior review and in order to prepare the itinerary.
- Lifestyle and diet guidelines will be sent along will be program itinerary. The Sun Ayurveda team may recommend a certain timeline to be followed prior to arrival for optimal results.
- Mandatory wellness consultation with the in-house Physician on arrival to assess your dosha (body type as per Ayurveda) and to personalize a plan to achieve your wellness goals.
- Daily changing wellness Diet menus are curated with the Kitchen brigade incorporating Ayurveda & Naturopathy principles suitable to each dosha and is mandatory to be followed for desired results.
- Ayurvedic or Naturopathy wellness therapies, personal yoga, meditation and fitness sessions are included in each program based on the wellness goals to be achieved. Post consultation and based on the assessment by the doctor, some modifications may be made if required.
- Any additional orders from the a-la-carte cuisine or Wellness menus will be charged additionally.
- Check-in time is 11:00 hours and Check-out time is 15:00 hours.
Confirmation Policy
- 30% of the total amount has to be deposited in advance for conformation of booking which includes 10% of non-refundable processing charges in case of cancellation.
- For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival - No charge to be levied.
- For cancellations made between 0 – 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of the entire amount will be charged.
- Do complete 100% payment before arrival or at the time of check-In.
- No show - 100% of the entire amount will be charged.
- Early check out (Reduction in number of nights) - 100% of balance period will be charged.
- All category of accommodation, viz. Rooms and Suites accommodates a maximum of two adults.
- laundry and other facilities will be charged extra as per tariff.
- The package tariff is inclusive of stay, diet and medical consultation.
- Pick up and drop facilities are available on a chargeable basis.
- Govt taxes & levies may be applicable at the time of admission and will be charged extra.
- Tariffs, policies, rules and regulations are subject to change with prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to take final & binding decisions in case of any disputes.
- The Sun Ayurveda does not levy any service charge or gratuities.
