Rasayana Chikitsa includes various treatments including Rasayana Abhyangam (synchronized rejuvenation massage), Shirodhara (oil dripping treatment), Kizhi (massage with medicated pouches), Pizhichil (oil bath), Mukhakanti lepam,(herbal face pack), Kativasthy(special low back care), Udwarthanam (powder massage).
The package includes head and face massage with medicated oils and creams, body massage with herbal oil or powder by hand, internal rejuvenate medicines and medicated steam bath. The treatment is a process that helps relieve tension, overcome sexual debility and improving vitality. The time constraint for this therapy is 90 minutes to 2 hours per day, with 2 sessions everyday. This therapy helps rejuvenate mind body and soul, tone up skin, strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.
