A spine is an unbelievable combination of 24 bones and is comprised of large muscles, nerves, tendons and ligaments. It provides a strong support for the body and also protects the spinal cord. A strong pressure can lead to spine injuries which can prove very harmful for the neck. As a result of these spine injuries, the patient can suffer from pain in the neck and the back which will ultimately lead to weakness in the body and also discomfort.

The Sree Chithra Ayur Yogatheeram was conceived after repeated requests from our guests for a relaxation centre on the shores of the Chavakkad beach. It is run by the prominent Perumbullissery family who has a tradition in Ayurveda for the past 400 years.
