The Panchakarma shodhana therapy or Therapeutic cleansing program offers several benefits.
This includes:

This five-step cleaning therapy includes:
- Clear understanding and analysis of the Prakruthi & agni (body constitution & digestion)
- Pre-session medications & techniques to improve digestion & sleep
- Daily consultation & healing sessions (ayurvedic massage, kizhi, uzhichal, dhara etc.) as directed by the physician*
- Intake of therapeutic clarified butter (snehapanam) and medicated easy to digest healthy meals Virechana (purgation) or vamana (emesis) according to the physician's direction
- Daily yoga sessions and laughter yoga sessions
