Advanced 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
(Gurukula System)
Certification - Yoga Alliance (USA) & Yoga Alliance International
The AYTTC is the comprehensive Yoga Instructor Training designed in accordance with the 500 hours requirement for registration with Yoga Alliance. Those who completed 200 hrs YTTC can continue for a further 300hrs for AYTTC. The 200 hours training and 300 hours training can be taken separately or in continuation.
Four weeks of Intensive study and practice based upon the foundation of TTC. Seekers from around the world can gather together to continue their practice through concentrated Yogic self discipline and lofty Vedanta Philosophy and Yoga sutras. The completion of TTC is a prerequisite for ATTC.
The International 300 Hour Certificate Courses in yoga is designed not only to learn the holistic approach of yoga but also to implement it in real life and to prepare oneself to propagate it for health, peace and harmony which is the need of the hour and of the society. The objective of the course is to bring all round personality development of the students at all levels.
Our 300 hours YTTC is a combination of both elaborate practical and philosophy.
Both of them are taught to Yoga teachers who want elaborate enrichment of their knowledge and practice.
Yogic Food Preparation
As part of our TTC program we are imparting practical training in the preparation of organic and natural yogic diet food. The practical knowledge will help all international students to easily prepare the Kerala style natural Yogic Food resulting in the enhancement of their physical , mental and spiritual wellbeing.
- Hàtha yoga pradeepika (Advanced text for Hatha yoga)

Correction of asanas
Advanced pranayama. - Anatomy and physiology.
- Patanjali yoga sutras: Study, discussion on Samadhi, Sadhana, Yoga super powers, and enlightenment. Practical multimedia sessions for easier understanding and to teach your students.
- Vedanta
1.Isavasya Upanishad (Reality unfolded only by Upanishads).
2.Tattva bodhah (Shankaracharya) (Preparation for contemplation).
3. Bhagavad Gita (Essential verses). - Mantras and chanting.
- Songs for singing practice
- Mantra Deeksha (Mantra initiation- Optional).
- Diet:Sattva tridosha food.
- Sanskrit:Basics to read and Basics to speak.
- Teaching practice of Hatha yoga and theoretical texts on Yoga, Vedanta and Psychology.

- Study of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras to understand the mind and how to transcend it.
Jnana Yoga
- Study of the six Indian Philosophical Schools including Vedanta and Bhagavat Githa.

Santhi Yoga International Teacher Training and Research Foundation (SYIF), a unit of Santhi Yoga Charitable Society was established in 2010.
