This 100 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course is a 10 days course created with the aim to give you a strong foundation in yoga. The course will be led by a diverse team of experienced teachers in yoga and meditation.
You will learn authentic traditional Hatha Yoga combined with modern styles like Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin/Restorative yoga. You will gain deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology while you experience life on a beach in a loving conscious community. This course will help you to increase your mindfulness and enhance the benefits of the yoga manifolds.
The location of the course is a divine place which offers great balance of spirituality and celebration for all seekers, yogis, meditators. You will also get a chance to experience how it feels to eat a variety of healthy and delicious food every day during the course.
This course will give you confidence in self-practice.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will be awarded a certificate of diploma in Yoga.

Vipul was always inclined towards spirituality. His yogic journey started in 2009 and decided to dedicate most of his time life to Yoga, searching spiritual wisdom.
Vipul got certified and holds a 900 Teacher Training Certificate from the Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai and also got training of Bihar school of Yoga tradition from spiritual gurus and continued gathering knowledge and more training in Rishikesh with masters from different schools of yoga.
He has a very holistic approach to balance the body and mind with synchronizing the breath. He guides you through a conscious, mindful practice with focus on breath and holding each pose to create balance, harmony and clarity in life to get deeper knowledge of asana and
meditation technique.
He is a guest Yoga Instructor at Alam Puisi Villa, Bali – Taj Exotica Resorts and Spa, Maldives – LTWA, Dharamshala and also teaches at Taj Hotel Palace, Mumbai India.
Bhakti Raval

Bhakti Raval is a highly passionate Yoga practitioner and has dedicated her life to studying and teaching Yoga since 2002. She holds a 900 Teacher Training Certificate from the Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai, a Teacher’s Training from Sivananda Kerala, MA in Philosophy (Yoga), Mumbai University, Diploma in Yoga Studies, Mumbai University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Yoga Philosophy.
Bhakti has been actively involved in conducting camps and workshops on the Yoga way of life for corporates, teachers, women, children, teenagers, senior citizens and families. Also combines the Yoga techniques and Yoga Philosophy using it as therapy in her workshops for orthopedics, weight management, stress management and also for children with special needs.
Apart from teaching Yoga Techniques, being a student of Philosophy, Bhakti’s core areas of teaching are Yoga Philosophy, Vedanta, Yoga Sutras, Teaching Methodology.
Bhakti strongly believes that one should continue the Yoga journey of learning through one’s life from every situation and experience. She is also a faculty of the Yoga Institute, Santacruz, the oldest organized Yoga Institution in the world today.

Sebastian Sambra is a yoga enthusiast for whom teaching comes very naturally due to his easy going nature and a good sense of humor. Seba’s calling was always towards the Spiritual way of living, freedom and faith which led him to the path of Yoga and later towards Ayurveda from 2009. He brings in the understanding of the anatomy of yoga techniques and the Ayurvedic approach in his teachings.
Having learnt different styles of Yoga under various teacher in different parts of the world from Argentina to Panama to Tel Aviv to China and finally to India. He has been trained in Hatha Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga.
Seba has done his 900 hours of Yoga Teachers Training Course from The Yoga Institute Santacruz Mumbai, India, 200 Hours Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher Training Course in Multi Style Yoga, Goa India and Ayurvedic Life Style Consultant 600 hours – The Green Ayurveda – Kerala. He is also a certified Meditation Teacher from India 200 hours, Certified Master of Reiki.
