Kashish Yoga India has created the most comprehensive and intense course especially for you. Our aim is to guide and direct the yoga practitioners towards becoming highly professional and qualified yoga teachers in 12 days. Our Yoga Teacher Training Course is duly certified by Yoga Alliance International USA which is a certification that is accepted worldwide to teach yoga. Our courses are devised after in-depth study of yoga texts and by teachers having years of experience in yoga techniques.

THE 100 HOUR COURSE

 

 

Often we have heard that students have practiced the traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. And they want to experience exclusively Yin and Aerial Yoga. Hence, we have designed a course which is focused on a complete practice of Yin and Aerial. Our asana clinic (alignment and adjustment) classes focuses only on the Yin and Aerial poses. We also cover anatomy and touch base with the yogic philosophy. Everyday meditation is included to relax you at the end of the day.

Smoking, alcohol, meat, eggs, fish, intoxicating drugs are not allowed in ashram. Short clothes are strictly prohibited so you are expected to be modestly dressed during your stay at the ashram and don't entertain outsider of room. Strict action will be taken against misuse of electricity and water. The center will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings. Pets are not allowed in the ashram. Guests are not allowed without prior permission from ashram officials. Room, bathroom, toilet must be kept clean and before checkout hand over the key to the reception. Rules & Regulations This month long program is an opportunity to look deep inside yourself by training your body and mind by following certain yamas and niyamas (do’s & dont’s) as described below: During the training, consumption of drugs, cigarette and drinks are prohibited. Understand that this training is a beginning of your new life. Even though our retreat is very safe and secure we advise the students to take care of their valuable belongings. Students should be on time for all the classes and at least 90% attendance is required to get the certificate. If you miss any class time (except an emergency), missed classes must be completed at extra cost to the student and according to the teacher’s availability. Maintain your accommodation and common areas of the retreat clean. We maintain high standards of cleanliness. It’s also requested to wear yoga friendly clothes during the training inside the retreat, which is respectful to Indian culture. We expect a friendly and respectful behaviour/manner towards staffs, teachers and colleagues during your training period.

Fees are non refundable but students have the choice of attending the next schedule of classes.
